Accepting is the hardest thing to do,

It feels as your freedom has been taken over by aliens,

No-one can understand you.
There is no one to defend you,
You stand alone
Trying to be accepted
In this world of ours.

No-one notices your pain.
Honestly, It’s as if you
Are fighting against the universe,
And the universe is fighting back,
With every power it has, And the blow comes very fast and
Unexpected.

It’s hard to accept,
That everything about you
Has changed.
It’s hard to accept
That you have to start from the beginning

To fit in with today’s universe.
Now I step aside,
And look
As an outsider
Into what once was my old life
Am not the same person
Anymore.
