Healing

The first step to healing is to accept your self

and honour your progress, be gentle , healing
does not happen over night it takes time

If you don’t take the first step, you will never get
to anywhere at all, the first steps will always
be the hardest but once you have accepted
your situation , let go and your body will start
to heal and everything will become easier

I have been criticising myself for years, I had to
learn to forgive myself, I had to be strong dealing
with issues one at the time without bringing anyone
else in to the chaos, that was hard but that’s how
my healing journey started,

I knew I am healing cause I enjoyed being on my
own and I am ok with being misunderstood
