Honestly Close your eyes and listen to the
Universe chirping through the trees
, close your eyes and open your ears
Lists to them wisely they got a story to tell

This is my new way of life for me, I love the life live
My name is Rozie-Posie, feel as young and free
Age does matter, I love the person I am today,
thanks to my dear Friends and family who stood by,
listen to me, They made me who I am today, u showed
Me That i am worthy of being love, I grew
Stronger, am not ashamed to say I suffer
From Parkinson’s, it’s been 15 years and the fight
Is far from being over

For those who hate me, and left me ,thank u for
making Me stronger, at first u broke my heart, didn’t know
How to handle your ignorance, didn’t know to cry or
Laugh, dumbness is believing people like me don’t
Have broken hearts, don’t feel rejected

Although am dumb but you forgot I am clever and
I am loved, my creative Mind lead me to writing my poems,
To fill the space that u left in my heart when decided that u
Longer want me , the universe and love of others
showed me people like me have the power To survive, not all
Illnesses are noticed by the naked eyes

I might not run as fast,
Maybe I cannot kick the ball quicker,
I might not walk properly,
But when u see me in the street next
Time, don’t look at me as an disabled person ,
with disgust and crippled but as someone cool, I got lots of love to give
You and lots of things to share with you,
You never was my friend, if you just stop and stared,
Know this is the way the universe made me, I would
not change a thing as I loved for who I am
