On this cold day I heard that you had
gone, you left without saying good bye,
I did not know your time was so near by

With tearful eyes I send you my
love, knowing you already have
moved one, you danced like a butterfly,
and played tag with the wind, as you
Waved good bye

I wish I had a magic wand
that could bring you back,
I shall miss the memories
we shared,

You did not say good bye but
like a shadow in the moonlight
like a whisper of the sea, watched
your last breath left your soul

In our minds and hearts we
knew that , this day would come
but yet it is not easy to accept that
you have gone

You would always be in our heart
and thoughts, is never easy to wave
good bye to a love one
