Have to give this brain of mines
a bit of rest,Night after night is kept awake
till my legs lets my body to rest,
People don’t see the shakes that
makes me look like a jumping jack,
it use to be like this only at night but
now get it 24/7, night and day
There is no peace for the wicked ,

Restless legs drive me berserk,
although it may be invisible to the
naked eye, but It, s part of my life,
it always has been,

I accept who I am and my illness too
and how I live , all I ask is that you accept
and respect that too, when u see me
awake during the night
