If today was my last day

If today is all I had, I would
have a smile , from ear to ear
and make sure that I wore it all
day long

If today was my last day, what would i
focus on..? Would I have time to say good
bye to love ones? What would I leave behind?
I have had so many close calls, maybe this
will my last one

I will be free of all illness, tomarrow I will be flying
like a weightless bird through the clouds,
forgetting what I had, please forget that I ever
frowned but remember the smiley face

In my life I have lived, loved and learned that
life is not fair, yet life is a journey for all of us,
I have faced rejection, pain,, I truly lost my self,

Yet my journey moves on as I strong and moving
forward each day, maybe today was not going
to be my last day in the end, no matter how hard
I prey,

Someone gave me a good advice, each day is a
blessing from above, all you could do if failed try
again. I try every day, even if fail, I will try my very
best , to be the best I could
