Body and soul to heal

I don’t have the desire to argue anymore,
I know some times i go off the track, that’s when
I have to bring myself back, I need some space for my
body and soul to heal
We have have to take control and be the general
manger of my mind and soul , so we can be at
peace from within
Please be gentle with me , my heart breaks
easily , it’s very fragile ,it already hides loads
of wounds from past wars, pity I cannot show
u the wounds that’s within my heart,
Some of the wounds would not heal as they need
plenty of love, I need to bandage the wounds and
bring peace in within my wounded heart, only
time can tell how long it would take to heal
