Fake smile

I fake a smile to hide my pain
I fake a smile pretend to be like
everyone else, my face looks happy
but my eyes tell a thousand stories,

I wake up in the morning hoping to
wake up and one day in between the
fake emotions that I wear , I would wear ,
a smile that’s not made up anymore

A smile hides my pain, a hug masks
my heartache and a laugh covers my
tears
