I feel as I have failed

I feel I have failed,

I am not the same person I was yesterday

I look up to the clouds but

I cannot find any answer why

I have made a lot of mistakes

Give me time and space

To quieten these monsters in my head

I hear my soul whispering to itself

I have not been this bad in years

I look up to the sky searching for a sign

You see my friend I need to find some peace on this earth

Before it’s my time to visit you in heaven
