I got a numbing feeling

I got this numbing feeling
When I work up from my sleep
My heart was so full it wanted to
brake and my head was spinning
trying to figure what to do next

There it sat 3 boxes delivered
This morning , it contained my
published book, looking through
It is hard as every poem had a memory
behind it and written from my heart

To be honest my book is part of
my soul,it’s very painful for me to read
each poem, it’s part of my past history

My friend remember me when u read my
poem , it’s been one hell of a journey physically,
Emotionally and mostly mentally for me and my
family
