I Promise

I promise to make you laugh,
I promise to dance with you
I promise to kiss you good bye
Whenever you go out, as it might
Be the last time we meet

The night is quiet and everyone in
The neighbourhood is sleep , so is my
Husband snoring loudly next to me

This not my story, I am looking
Above to the sky watching to see
If friend would stop bye tonight,
Wish I too could. Jump on her
Broom stick and fly, tonight
My body is aching a bit, I wish I
Could wish you good night

I know this is the start of lesson
In life, it’s very frosty and cold outside,
No one came to visit us tonight, it’s just
My shadow and me standing alone
Just watching, the empty night saying
Good night to the beautiful universe
Outside

There is so much I want to learn before it’s
my turn, I got lots of memories and joy moments
to write about , only wish it could seal lots of hug
And hopes in balloon and let it float,
Hope when my balloon burst it falls upon
somebody who needs it

So promise to laugh and dance, rain or shine
I promise not to moan even if I cannot walk
I know I have learned a lot and can share with
The world, it might bring some peace to this World
