Sometimes people don’t understand

Sometimes people don’t understand how
you feel until they go through the same experience
them self , everyone would go through something
that will change them in a way that they cannot
go back to the person they were, I stopped
explaining about myself when I realised that
people only understand what they want to
understand, therefore never judge a person unless
you have heard their story, you might think that you understand them
but you don,t , so before you say something , think how,
you feel if it was said to you
